CANCELLATIONS * Lodging and other services shall be enjoyed during the period agreed by the establishment and the customer. The owner has to be consulted for any extension or reduction of the agreed period. * When canceling a reservation, cancellation fees will be charged depending on how long in advance the reservation is cancelled. A percentage will be applied to the down payment. The applied percentages are as follows: Days in advance Penalty percentage From 0 to 7 100% From 8 to 15 75% From 16 to 30 50% More than 31 0% - All the down payment will be returned * In case of leaving the establishment before the end of the period agreed by both parts, the amount agreed for the stay in the room/whole house will be fully charged for damages.
